Children’s Policy

• Children under 4 years old: Complimentary accommodation when sharing a room with adults.
• Children aged 4 to 11 years:
• Sharing a room with two adults (without extra bed): 50% of the adult package cost.
• Sharing a room with two adults (with extra bed): 75% of the adult package cost.
• Sharing a room with one adult: 80% of the adult package cost.
• Children aged 12 years and older: 100% of the adult package cost.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour price (non-refundable deposit).
• 29 to 11 days prior to departure: 80% of the tour price (including the non-refundable deposit).
• 10 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of the tour price.

General Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Singapore dollars per adult based on double occupancy in a half twin/double room.
• Itineraries and schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, flight schedules, operational factors, and decisions made by local authorities.
• Meals consist of a fusion of Vietnamese cuisine, including a daily buffet breakfast at the hotel. Guests are encouraged to inform us of any special food preferences, allergies, or dietary requirements at least one week prior to arrival.
• If you wish to request Indian/Halal meal, please inform us upon reservation (subject to a surcharge)

Payment Policy

• Bookings made more than 31 days before departure:
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the land tour package is required upon booking confirmation.
• Full payment is due 30 days before departure.
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure: Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
